Muiden to Amsterdam – 8.2 miles in 3 hours
A quiet potter back to Amsterdam this morning – the last sail of the season. A light breeze from dead downwind meant that we just motored to the Schellingwouderbrug. A slow run through the bridge and Oranjesluis meant a fairly slow run and once in the marina we stopped over at the pump-out station. Once back, we stripped everything off – sails, sail covers, halyards etc etc. So, that’s it for the season …. 🙁
